1. General Provisions
This offer by Individual Entrepreneur GADZHIEV MAGOMED BAGAUTTINOVICH (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer Agreement"), by which the Contractor makes an offer to conclude a contract for the provision of services by purchasing a gift certificate on the website https://nomlamp.ru/.
Purchasing a gift certificate by any means (via the website, by phone, at the point of sale) constitutes full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this offer.
2. Subject of the Offer
The Contractor undertakes to provide the Buyer with services in the scope and on the terms specified by the gift certificate, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for the certificate and use it within the validity period in accordance with the terms and conditions.
3. Terms of Use of the Certificate
The Gift Certificate entitles the holder to receive the service(s) specified in the certificate description on the website.
The Certificate may be used only once and is not subject to return or exchange for cash.
The Certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. Payment Procedure
Certificates are paid for on the website using available payment methods (bank card, online wallet, etc.). After successful payment, the Buyer is sent an electronic certificate to the specified email address.

5. Delivery of the Certificate
Upon request when placing an order, the Certificate may be produced in physical form and delivered to the specified address.
The cost of a printed certificate is 500 rubles and is paid separately.
Delivery costs are calculated individually based on the delivery address and are paid separately.
6. Return Rules and Conditions
Under the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights," you may terminate the service agreement at any time. However, you must pay for any services that have already been provided.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service, we will eliminate the defects free of charge or reduce the price of the service.
You may report defects in the service provided within 2 days after the actual provision of the service.
When paying by bank card, funds will be returned to the card from which the payment was made. The refund period is 1 to 30 business days.
7. Confidentiality
The Contractor undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data obtained when processing the certificate order and to use it only for the purpose of providing services. The procedure for handling personal data is set forth in the Personal Data Processing Policy at https://nomlamp.ru/privacy.
8. Liability of the Parties
The Contractor is liable for the quality of services provided within the framework of the offer. The Buyer undertakes to comply with the rules for using the certificate and to schedule the service in a timely manner.
9. Final Provisions
This Offer comes into force from the moment it is published on the website and remains valid until it is withdrawn by the Contractor. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations; in the event of failure to reach a resolution, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The jurisdiction for unresolved disputes shall be the magistrate courts at the defendant's place of residence.
